This course readies students for the final Senior Show and to enter into the career field.
Senior Housing Renovation Project Presentation
In this project we were tasked with renovating a main hallway within a senior housing facility. The project encompassed new paint, carpet, selections of display cases and artwork, lighting, and other design elements. Working within a team we created a design scheme and deliverables: floor plan, FF&E selection board, interior renderings, and a budget estimate.
Above you will see the final renderings of the space my team and I created. My main task and contribution was the rendering of the space. I added in the finishes chosen by my team members along with working alongside them to ensure that our vision was coming together and unifying our design goals. Below you can see the existing space.
The artwork selections were given by a donor and chosen from their personal collection.
